All new customers complete a New Customer Form so we can establish their account. Tax-exempt customers must also provide a tax-exemption form or complete one at our office. Credit applications are available for customers requesting terms.

Payment & account setup
We will confirm the terms before the order moves.
We accept cash, check, ACH and credit cards. A 3% processing fee applies to credit-card transactions. Packaged-product orders of six or more pallets receive a 2% COD discount when payment is made at pickup or delivery; the discount cannot be used with credit-card payment.
Net 30 terms are available with approved credit only on packaged-product orders of six or more pallets. Packaged-product orders under six pallets are COD. Some bulk, warehouse-freight and manufacturer-direct shipments require prepayment before release.
